Details: Parish Athletics Flex6 Lacrosse (formerly "Softcrosse" is designed for beginners to intermediate players who want to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse. We will be using USA Lacrosse's exciting new format that emphasizes skill development without heavy contact. There is no hitting or stick checks, we use soft lax balls, and play with only eye protection helping to keep costs down.​

Parish Athletics (CCAA Inc) was created in 2003 as a 501(c) 3 nonprofit corporation established to provide parish athletic leagues, tournaments, and camps. CCAA, Inc. bears the liability for Parish Athletics and is not connected to the Diocese of Raleigh (including churches and schools) legally or financially.
